The Clock by Leonardus G. Rougoor

 The Clock

This young adult novel is exciting from the beginning to end! Brother and sister duo embark upon a time travel adventure when vacationing along the ocean shore. Curious young minds find an oddity about the rental cottage that sends them on a exploration, to find what is inside a secret room. A mysterious clock sends them back in time to save a girl in danger in 1911, and the list of characters involved make the story ping-pong between the past and present with never a dull moment. There is a lot of forward thinking by this author, who makes sure to contemplate all the possibilities as the clock winds down. Don’t miss this great story by a new author!
